01Are discounted lift tickets to Killington Resort available?

Yes, all guests have access to discounted lift tickets for Killington Resort. You can save significantly off the regular retail rate for tickets. We recommend purchasing your tickets as far in advance as possible for the best prices.

02Are discounted ski rentals available?

Yes! Guests enjoy exclusive 10% discounts on ski and snowboard rentals at participating local shops. Details on how to redeem these savings will be provided prior to your arrival.

03What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in and check-out times vary by season. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for the exact times applicable to your stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

04Is parking available on-site? Are there EV chargers?

Yes, we offer complimentary parking for all guests. We also have three onsite EV chargers available for guest use, located outside Buildings 1, 4, and 6. Charging is easy via the Ok2Charge app.

05Is the pool open year-round?

Our outdoor heated pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. It is closed during the winter season.

06Do you have a hot tub?

We do not have a hot tub on-site, but guests can purchase a day pass for the Spa at The Woods, located a short drive away.

07Do you allow pets?

Yes, pets are accepted in select units (specifically Units 531 and 532). Please ensure you book a designated pet-friendly unit if you plan to travel with your dog. Unauthorized pets in other units are subject to a fine. Service animals are permitted in all areas.

08Is breakfast included in the room rate?

We do not offer breakfast as part of our room rates. However, our suites feature fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes for preparing your own meals. Additionally, an excellent breakfast restaurant is located just a short walk across the parking lot.

09Is drinking water provided?

Yes, complimentary bottled water is provided for your convenience in all units managed by Simple Vacation Rentals.

010Is there a shuttle to the mountain?

Yes! The Rutland Killington Commuter bus stops directly across the street from the complex. Please refer to The Bus website for current schedules and fare information.

011Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and common areas.

012Do units have kitchens?

Most units feature either a full kitchen or a kitchenette. Please check the specific amenities listed for your chosen suite to confirm the available kitchen facilities.
