Welcome to Simple, Inc.. By accessing our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01.Reservations and Payments
To confirm a reservation, a deposit is typically required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to arrival. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Rates are subject to change and may vary by season.
02.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a processing fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for the exact terms applicable to your reservation.
03.Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
04.House Rules
- Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all units and common areas.
- Pets: Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval and payment of a pet fee.
- Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for your unit.
05.Liability
Simple, Inc. and its property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
06.Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages incurred.
07.Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.
